• Out-of-Date Discrepancies: Rates, fees, and transfer speeds change frequently. Always confirm the final rate, fee, and delivery time directly on the chosen provider's own website before executing a transfer.

Lumiel Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA). Maxxie does not itself transmit money, hold client funds, execute payments, or carry out any regulated activity. Maxxie is an informational comparison and analysis tool; any actual money transfer is a separate contract between you and the third-party provider you choose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiel Ltd and its directors, employees, or agents exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, any AI-generated outputs from Maxxie, any interruption or error in exchange-rate or provider data, or any outcome of a transfer executed with a third-party provider.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England & Wales.
